Use of Images
If you wish to send an image that is Kimroy Photography copyright, (i.e. ANY image that I, Brian Jones/Kimroy Photography, has produced), to a magazine, TV company or any commercial organaisation for reproduction, publishing, you NEED to obtain consent and purchase a High Resolution image, which has reproduction rights "built-in". Any other size image, digital or paper, will have additional fees applied, above the initial cost of the image/print and paid for before any such use.
If an image is required for display on a commercial website you must purchase, BEFORE publication, the rights to do so. Should you fail to pay for "Usage rights" the penalties are severe. Offering to remove the image, is not an option. You will have stolen my work for commercial gain.
Failure to purchase "reproduction Rights" may result in a criminal prosecution and/or civil prosecution for copyright infringement and if you have obtained the image illegally a further substantial fee will be due.
Failure to purchase reproduction rights for an image for commercial use will attract a fee of £1000.00 for each and every image so used. If you have also obtained the image illegally, e.g. a screen capture for Kimroy Photography or any other website, then an additional fee of £1000.00 per image will be charged.
If you are a private individual and have screen captured one of Kimroy Photography's images from any website, you too have stolen my income. You may, before 30th September 2010, send me a payment of £15.00 for each and every image you have obtained illegally. After that date you will be requested to pay £100.00 and failure to do so will result in a County Court summons against you for Image and copyright theft.
